Date Night Ideas in Indian River County

Looking for date night ideas in Indian River County? Here is a list of fun and interesting things to do in Vero Beach and Sebastian, Florida.

Sand Bar at Captain Hirams

1580 US Highway 1, Sebastian, FL

Captain Hirams is an all-around great recreational spot to vacation, or have a date night. Steps from the Sandbar, Bimini Beach is their beachfront retreat for low-key evenings around the fire pit with music. You can enjoy just unwinding after your waterfront dinner. Think casual island vibes. Why not book a staycation and make a night of it.

Sol Mar Cocktail Lounge

2855 Ocean Drive Suite B-3
Vero Beach, FL 32963

Skydive Sebastian

I told you this list would be more than just your average dinner and a movie, right?! This is a next-level date idea, but skydiving is an unforgettable experience and needed to be added the Ultimate Treasure Coast Date Night Guide for the adrenaline lovers out there!

Date Night Ideas near Port Saint Lucie Florida

Trattoria Dario

If you’re looking for delicious authentic Italian food, make a reservation here. We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked across the street while celebrating our anniversary staycation at the boutique hotel in Vero

This restaurant was across from where we stayed, but we hit the jackpot.

Big shots

Vero Beach

Play a game of virtual golf on date night! Hit the golf ball into the field and it will be tracked on the screen to keep score. The views at night are nice and there’s good lighting for a fun, competitive game.

Have dinner at Ocean Grill

Take a stroll by the boutique shops on Ocean Ave

Visit the Farmers Market in Vero Beach

Try a unique place called Curfew

A Pasta Story

Visit the McKee Botanical Gardens

Have brunch at the Maisonique Boutique Creperie

Spot the manatees on a clear kayak tour at Round Island Park

Waldo’s Restaurant & Bar

Never underestimate the relaxation of a stay-cation! There’s no big planning, big expense, or long travel. It’s just local fun but with alll the relaxing vibes and change of scenery- because sometimes that’s all we need! I suggest checking out Waldo’s historic restaurant- It’s on the ocean and it’s poolside with live music. You’ll get total Jimmy Buffet vibes. But my ultimate suggestion, is to grab a hotel at the resorthere! Save some money buy ditching the room with an oceanfront view, and spend that on having a good time at the pool the next day.
